Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes select items from our Suits & Tailoring and Swimwear collections that have been customized or specially ordered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for return authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- Payment method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note:
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns
- You will be responsible for any price differences between exchanged items
- If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
