- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after processing)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Non-Returnable Items: Certain premium items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes customized or specially ordered items from our Suits & Tailoring and Swimwear collections.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund timing: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- Payment method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
